Zentivue pricing

Zentivue pricing is simple to reason about: you pay for the number of clients you keep active, and each month's content is covered by an allowance. Current prices are shown where you sign up.

Plans are based on active clients

Each plan allows a set number of active clients. A client is a company you produce content for. Inactive and deleted clients do not count, so you can pause a client and free its place. If you need more places than the largest plan offers, ask us about a custom plan.

A monthly allowance

Writing drafts and images, and asking for new versions, uses part of the month's allowance. Zentivue shows it as a percentage with the date it resets, so there is no meter to decode. The allowance resets at the start of each month. When it runs out, drafts you already have stay available to review and export, and new ones wait for the reset.

More generation when you need it

On a paid plan, an administrator can raise the allowance one level at a time, with the fee shown before you confirm. You can move back down at your next renewal.

Common questions

Do I pay per post?

No. Plans are based on active clients, with a monthly allowance for generating drafts and images.

Does Zentivue charge my clients?

No. If you choose to use client invoicing, Zentivue makes the invoice in your company's name and tracks whether it was paid, but it does not take payment on your behalf.
