- One workspace, many clients. Each client has its own voice, tone, topics, hashtags, words to use or avoid, and brand visuals. Each client's content is kept separate from other companies' content.
- Campaigns on top. A launch or seasonal push gets its own tone and weekly counts, without changing the client's defaults.
- A weekly batch for every client. Drafts are ready to review by Monday morning in the client's time zone, and an email tells your team when a batch is finished.
- A shared review queue. Filter drafts by client, campaign, channel and status. A calendar shows what is planned and what is approved but undated.
- Roles. Reviewers read and approve; administrators also set up clients and manage who can sign in.
Keeping clients in the loop
Optionally, each client's main contact gets a morning email showing the content you approved for them. It is for information only and needs nothing from them, and it comes in your agency's name. If you want it, Zentivue can also make each month's invoice for a client and email it in your agency's name. It does not take payment on your behalf.
Quality stays in your hands
Zentivue never posts anything. Reviewers edit, accept or reject each draft, and every decision is recorded with its reason. As your team decides, Zentivue learns each campaign's preferences, and administrators can approve each lesson before it is used or roll it back. No. It does not publish. Approved content is copied or downloaded and loaded into whatever you already use to publish.
Can each client have a different voice?

Can our team members see every client?
Everyone who signs in for your company sees your company's clients. Administrators set clients up and choose who can sign in.
