AI content tool data privacy and security

When you hand a content tool your clients' voices and plans, data privacy matters. This page says plainly what Zentivue does with your data and where its limits are.

A person reviews everything

AI drafts can be wrong or off-voice. That is why every draft waits for a reviewer, and why Zentivue never posts anything for you. You decide what is used, edit it, and publish it yourself.

No training on your data

We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models. What you supply, such as your settings, logo and the decisions your team makes on drafts, is used to improve the text and images Zentivue generates for you. It is used for your own content and not to improve anyone else's.

Each company's data stays separate

Tenant separation is built into how Zentivue stores data. Each company's clients, campaigns, drafts and images are kept apart from every other company's, and a company's images are stored in a location of their own. The database also enforces the separation, so a mistake in the software cannot quietly write one company's data into another's.

Sign in with an account you already have

Zentivue signs people in with a Microsoft work or personal account, or with a code emailed to the invited address. It does not store a password for you. Access is by invitation, with two roles: reviewers, who read and approve, and administrators, who also set up clients and campaigns and manage who can sign in.

Payments

Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. Zentivue stores a reference and a status, never a card or bank account number.

An audit trail

Each draft keeps a history of every accept and reject, with the reason. Administrative changes made by ATBI Software staff to a company's account are recorded in an audit log that cannot be edited.
