Marketing email generator that drafts, you send
Zentivue is a marketing email generator that drafts AI email marketing content in each client's voice. It writes newsletter-length email drafts with a matching image, and your team reviews and edits them. Zentivue does not send marketing emails to anyone's list.
The email nobody has time to write
A newsletter or campaign email is longer than a social post and harder to start. It needs a point, a structure and a call to action, and it needs to sound like the sender. Email drafts are a good place for a first draft to save real time.
How Zentivue drafts an email
- Voice and topics. The client's voice, business description, topics and words to use or avoid shape every email.
- Newsletter length. Email drafts typically run 275 to 500 words, formatted for email, with an image.
- Campaigns. Add a campaign for a launch or an offer, with its own tone and cadence on top of the client's defaults.
- A rich-text editor. Reviewers change the draft in an editor, then accept or reject it.
Where the email goes next
Approved emails can be copied with their formatting or downloaded as HTML, Markdown or text, so you can paste them into the email tool you already use to send to your list. Zentivue itself only sends the emails it is designed to send: notices to your team, and, if you turn them on, preview emails and invoices to your clients.

Subject idea: Five minutes that make the rest of your week easier
Hello, and welcome to the first newsletter of the season. This month we are focusing on small habits that are easy to keep: a short warm-up before training, a standing meeting with your calendar, and one rest day you actually protect...
Marketing email questions
Does Zentivue send my marketing emails?
No. It writes the draft. You send it from your own email platform after you approve it.
Can I edit the draft?
Yes. Emails are edited in a rich-text editor. Saving an edit sends an approved draft back for review, so the approved version is always the one that was read.
Does the email include an image?
Where one fits. You can change the image or approve the email without one.
