Zentivue FAQ

Straight answers to the questions we hear most. If yours is not here, get in touch.

What is Zentivue?

It is a web application that prepares first drafts of marketing content for the brands and clients you manage. People on your team read, change and approve each draft, and only approved work gets used.

Does AI post for you?

No. Zentivue never posts anything. You review and approve each draft, then copy or download it and publish it yourself, or load it into whatever scheduler you already use.

Is AI content safe for business?

It is safe when a person reads it before it goes out, which is how Zentivue works. AI drafts can be wrong or off-voice, so every draft waits for review, and reviewers can edit it, reject it with a reason, or ask for a new version.

Which channels does it write for?

Three social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), plus marketing emails and blog articles. Pictures are prepared with the drafts where they suit. Prefer to write a blog yourself? It can be reviewed the same way.

Will it sound like my brand?

Close to it, once you have set it up. Describe the voice, subjects and visual style for each brand, and use campaigns for short-term changes. Over time Zentivue picks up on what your reviewers keep, change and reject, while never overriding your own settings.

Can I use it for several clients?

Yes, that is what it is designed for. A single workspace holds all of them, every client has separate settings and campaigns, and one client's content never mixes with another's. Your plan decides how many can be active at the same time.

How often do drafts arrive?

Zentivue prepares a batch each week, and administrators can ask for more at any time. Requests are queued and can take several minutes. An email tells your team when a batch is ready.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Your content is not used to train general-purpose AI models. What you supply, such as your settings, logo and review decisions, is used to improve the text and images Zentivue makes for you, and only for you. Each company's clients, campaigns and drafts are also stored apart from every other company's.

How do people sign in?

With a Microsoft work or personal account, or with a code that is emailed to the address that was invited. There is no separate password to create.

Do my clients see Zentivue?

Only when you choose. Two optional features reach your clients, a morning preview email and a monthly invoice, and both are sent in your company's name rather than ours.

What does it cost?

Plans are based on how many clients you have active, and there is a monthly allowance for generating drafts and images. See the pricing page for where to find current prices.

What happens when the monthly allowance runs out?

Drafts you already have stay available to review, edit and export. New drafts wait until the allowance resets at the start of the next month, or until an administrator on a paid plan buys more generation.
