X post generator for every brand you manage
Zentivue is an X (formerly Twitter) post generator that writes AI X posts for business in each brand's own voice. Drafts arrive on a schedule, kept within the length X allows, and a person approves every post before it is used. Zentivue never posts for you.
Short posts that have to be tight
X leaves little room: a post is one idea in 280 characters or fewer, and a loose first line is scrolled past. Zentivue writes each X draft as a single post, never a thread, and keeps it under the limit so you are not trimming it by hand.
How Zentivue drafts an X post
- Brand voice. Voice, tone, business description, topics to cover and avoid, and words to use or skip are set per client.
- The right length. X posts are plain text, up to 280 characters as X counts them (a link counts as 23 and an emoji as 2), typically 10 to 50 words.
- Few hashtags. At most two, only where they fit the topic, and the client's standard hashtags come first.
- Links only when you give one. If you supply a link for a post, it goes at the end exactly as given. Zentivue never makes one up.
- A strong first line. A concrete point or a sharp question, not an announcement.
- A planned date. Each draft can carry a date you plan to post it, shown on a calendar.
An example draft
This is a made-up example for a fictional bike repair shop, shown to illustrate the format. It is not a real client.
Most flat tyres are not bad luck. They are low pressure nobody checked. Ten seconds with a gauge before you ride saves the walk home. What is the one thing you check before every ride?

Review before anything goes out
Reviewers edit the text, accept or reject it with a reason, or ask for a new version with a short instruction. A post over X's limit cannot be accepted until it has been shortened. Approved posts are copied or downloaded, and you publish them on X yourself. See how review works.
X post questions
Does Zentivue post to X?
No. It never connects to your X account. You copy or download approved posts and publish them yourself, or load them into a scheduler you already use.
Does it write threads?
No. Each X draft is a single post.
How does it count the 280 characters?
The way X does: a link counts as 23 characters whatever its length, and an emoji counts as 2. The hashtags are included.
Can I change how many posts a week I get?
Yes. Each client has its own weekly count per channel, and an administrator can also ask for drafts on demand.
