Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

ATBI Software (“we”, “us”) operates Zentivue and this website, www.zentivue.com. This policy covers the personal data of visitors to this website, where we decide why and how it is processed. It does not cover the Zentivue application at app.zentivue.com, whose data is handled under the terms and notices that apply to that service; Section 4 says where its data is stored.

2. What we collect and why

This website is informational. It has no accounts, no advertising and no forms. It uses Google Analytics to measure how the site is used, which sets cookies only with your consent, as described in Section 7.

3. Who else receives it

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, and our email is provided by Microsoft 365. Those providers process data on our behalf. If you accept analytics, Google LLC processes the analytics data on our behalf. We may disclose personal data to our insurers and professional advisers where reasonably necessary, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

4. Where it is stored, and how long we keep it

ATBI Software is a US-based business. We store and process this website’s personal data in the United States. We keep it no longer than necessary: correspondence for as long as it is useful for the enquiry or required by law.

The Zentivue application. Data in the application is stored on Microsoft Azure in the United States. The application uses Azure OpenAI to generate text and images. To do that, it sends prompts, which can include personal data a customer enters, to Microsoft’s global AI deployments, and Microsoft may process those prompts and the output in Azure regions outside the United States. The output is returned to the application and stored in the United States. We do not use customer data to train general-purpose AI models. What a customer supplies, such as its settings, logo and review decisions, is used to improve the text and images generated for that customer.

5. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational precautions to protect personal data. This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us, including email.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under US state privacy laws, you may have rights over your personal data. Not every right applies in every state. They can include the right to:

  • know whether we process your personal data, and get a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • restrict or object to our processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing before you withdrew it; and
  • complain to the data protection or consumer protection authority responsible for your state.

There are exceptions, for example where we must keep data to comply with the law or to handle legal claims. To exercise a right, email info@atbisoftware.com. We do not use your data for automated decisions that significantly affect you.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website uses Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to tell visitors and sessions apart. Google may process the data in the United States. We do not use it for advertising, and advertising storage is switched off.

Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, or have not chosen, no analytics cookies are set, although Google Analytics may still receive limited pings that carry no persistent identifier. If you decline after accepting, the analytics cookies are removed. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same without them. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Separately from cookies, this website uses your browser’s local storage to remember your cookie choice and, if you use the light and dark theme button, your theme. These stay in your browser, are not sent to us or anyone else, and are used only to apply your choices on later visits. You can clear them in your browser settings.

8. Links to other sites

This website links to other sites, including www.atbisoftware.com, where you can sign up for Zentivue. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party practices.

9. Changes

We may update this policy by publishing a new version on this page. Please check it from time to time.
