Social media content volume planner
How many posts do your clients need each month, and how much of your time does that take? Enter your numbers below. The planner works out your monthly post count, how long writing them from scratch takes you today, how long reviewing Zentivue drafts would take instead, and which plan size fits. It runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type is sent or saved.
Each draft and its image take Zentivue about 2 minutes to generate. Scheduled drafts are generated in the background while you work on something else, so that time is not added to yours.
How the planner works it out
- Posts per month = clients × channels × posts per channel per week × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months.
- Writing time today = posts per month × your own minutes per post.
- Review time with Zentivue = posts per month × 3 to 5 minutes. That is the average time Zentivue customers spend checking a draft.
- Time saved = writing time minus review time, shown as a range.
- Hours are rounded to the nearest whole hour. These are estimates, not a guarantee: your own review time depends on the client, the channel and how much you edit.
For example, 5 clients on 3 channels with 3 posts a week each is 195 posts a month. Writing them at 20 minutes each takes about 65 hours. Reviewing drafts at 3 to 5 minutes each takes about 10 to 16 hours, which saves about 49 to 55 hours a month.
How the plan suggestion works
Plans are sized by a number of clients and an average posting amount, as a guideline and not a limit. One client, such as your own brand, suggests the Individual plan. For more clients, your number of clients picks the plan: Small for up to 8 clients, Medium for up to 20 and Large for up to 30. Each plan is sized for an average of up to 3 posts a week per channel (Large up to 4). If your clients post more than that, the planner suggests the same plan with Generation Packs to cover the extra. There are two exceptions. If your clients average 28 or more posts a week each, as much as posting every day on 4 channels, the planner suggests the next plan up instead (on Large, Generation Packs or a custom plan). And 18 to 20 clients averaging 4 posts a week per channel fit Large, which is sized for them. Above 30 clients, a Large plan with Generation Packs or a custom plan fits.
